Eye Contact

As a young female, the male gaze causes a foreboding uneasiness that is not easily shaken. This painting offers what I wish I could do any time I have felt the male gaze upon me, slap him in the face until the expression has changed and strip him naked so he knows how I feel. However, because of my timidness that has become a sad fantasy.
